Once you have created sessions, it is time to assign them to Roles. AsyncMatic provides some default roles with Sessions assigned to them. You can find them under Hiring tab. ( https://app.asyncmatic.com/hires/roles )
These are also the the list from which your employees can choose from when editing their profile
Every role have some sessions assigned to them. Once you hire a person with a new role, these sessions get assigned to the new hire as their onboarding tasks. Thus you can set it up once, and automate your onboarding process.
Editing a role
You can edit a role by clicking the pencil icon on the right of each role.
On the left you can see all the sessions you have in your workspace. You can simply drag them to the right to assign a session to a particular role. Do not forget to save the changes once you are done, by clicking the button on top right.
Yes, it's that simple to automate your onboarding process.
Creating a role
Similar to editing an existing role, you can also create a new role by clicking on the Create Role button in the Roles home page. The steps are similar to editing a role.
Now go create roles for your team. 🎉
