Team base tab is where you see all your team and team member information.
If you click on Team base tab, you will get the following view.
You can get an overview of your work mates, when they work and where are they located. The view is intended to make it easy to find overlaps between you and your team mates so that you can schedule meetings conveniently.
This will also help the new hires get a better understanding of the team.
If you click the teams tab you can see all the teams. These are the teams you configured as an admin. You can add or edit teams in the admin settings.
To view a team click on the team name.
This is your team page, you can configure all the information you see here in the team settings if you are an admin.
